Yoga in the Gardens at the Arb
Description
Join a spring session of our popular series, including a variety of wellness practices in 2023. Vitality Vinyasa Flow will be featured this time in the Sensory Garden (outdoors) with Nancee Nystrom from onelove.yoga. Please pre-register online, Members $5 and Non-members $20 which always includes your daily admission. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and anything else you need and meet us in the fresh air!
